Vordo is a vocabulary learning application developed by Evgenii Chistanov. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

Data Collection

The App does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

All data you enter into the App — words, translations, learning progress, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (Room database and DataStore Preferences).

Data Storage

The following information is stored locally on your device:

• Words and translations — the vocabulary you add for learning
• Learning progress — quiz scores, spaced repetition review schedules
• App preferences — selected source language, target language, and UI language

This data never leaves your device. No accounts, no sign-ups, no cloud sync.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or telemetry services. It operates fully offline and does not make network requests.

Permissions

The App does not request any special permissions beyond standard storage for local data persistence.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:

• Clearing the app data through your device's system settings (Settings → Apps → Vordo → Storage → Clear data)
• Uninstalling the App

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
